Any animals purchased from me are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, properly sexed and feeding on appropriately sized frozen/thawed mice unless stated otherwise. Hatchlings won’t be put up for sale until they have eaten 3 meals in a row, with no tricks.

I am FedEx certified to ship reptiles, and all my shipments will be shipped via FedEx. I ship on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays and only when the temperatures are between 35-85 degrees. The flat rate for shipping is $60 per box. This includes an insulated box and a heat or cold pack if needed. An adult must be available to sign for the package, on the first delivery attempt, otherwise my live animal guarantee will be voided. I am not responsible for shippers delay. The best and safest way to take delivery is by picking up your package at the nearest FedEx hub.

I must be notified immediately of any deceased animals, and pictures must be emailed to me within 24 hours of delivery. The pictures must include a dorsal shot, a ventral shot, and either a shot of the snake belly up underwater or draped over a pencil.

Issues regarding health or sex need to be addressed within 72 hours of delivery, and be documented through a certified veterinary report. All medical expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Compensation for the animal will only take place following its safe return.

Upon arrival, water must be provided for the animal immediately as the animal has been without access to water during shipping and needs to hydrate. The snake needs time to adjust to it’s new surroundings. Remember, it’s whole world has been turned upside down! It is highly recommended that you don’t disturb or handle the snake for a week while it acclimates itself to it’s new home except for water changes or spot cleaning. Do not attempt to feed for at least 2 days after arrival, because the stress from shipping could result in regurgitation. All guarantees will be voided if the animal is fed within 48 hours of arrival.

If you receive an animal from me that refuses to feed for you, I must be notified within 2 weeks of delivery. I will most likely tell you to allow the animal an additional week to acclimate with no handling and as little disturbance as possible, since the animal did feed numerous times under my care. Expect me to ask you very specific questions about your husbandry techniques and possibly email me pictures of your set up. Failure to contact me within the 2 week time frame, or provide complete answers to my questions with pictures if required, will invalidate all warranties.
